I'm a founder. The part I actually like is building. Commerce software, execution systems, and the AI that earns its place in them. Right now that means Shopvana and Arda OS.

I try whatever just shipped: models, frameworks, tooling. Then I throw most of it out. What survives is one problem, a weekly loop, and a stack anyone can maintain. Most of the work is deciding what stays out.

I write some of it down. My calendar is there if it's a real project.
